My partner went here to get a box of sudafed (the stuff with pseudoephedrine in it) for his cold but the girl behind the counter gave him codral original instead. When he asked for what he had requested he was told it was the same thing. I work in a pharmacy myself and no, plain sudafed is absolutely not the same as codral. The girl apparently didn't even bother to ask if he has an issue with codeine (which is the ingredient in codral, along with paracetamol). What if he was allergic to codeine and that was why he was asking for plain sudafed? Please educate your staff! This practice could be very dangerous given the right (well, wrong) circumstances.
